Do we have to order a full container of parts? |

You do not, we specialize in less than cotainer load manufacturing. We only require that the amount be of reasonbile value. |

Assuming you credit score is satisfactory, we will allow "open account" and require payment within thirty (30) days after receipt. We do require payment for tooling with receipt of th purchase order |

What is your sample policy? |

Upon the receipt of a purchase order, we will begin tooling and once completed, we will manufacture samples and fed-ex to you for approval. In the event the samples do not meet your satisfactiuon, we will make correction and provide additioonal samples. |

Based upon the time of year ( excluding the chinese new yer in february) the average time is approximately twelve (12) weeks from receipt of order to arrival in the us. The difficulity factor of a particular part will have an effect on the l/t. And will be noted on the quotation |

Who handles U.S. Customs and customs brokerage? |

If you do not have a customs broker, we can supply coverage in all major ports in the USA. We will charge you you the exact cost to us. This is not a profit item but is an accomodation program to improve the sharing of information we provide a weekly "open order report" for our customer to keep them abreast of their order.
